About the Role
Associate Photographers work for Homes.com and Apartments.com, using a Pro 3 Matterport camera, digital photography gear, and an iPad to create virtual tours, floor plans, and marketing‑ready images of residential properties. Each photographer is assigned a core territory and schedules appointments to scan homes and apartments, while also collaborating with clients, sales associates, logistics, and the remote Photography Manager. • Capture 3‑D virtual tours, floor plans, and high‑quality photographs for Homes.com and Apartments.com. • Build a portfolio that showcases homes and apartments using effective photography techniques. • Coordinate with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments and meet client demand. • Communicate professionally with clients, sales, researcher partners, and management to prioritize tasks. • Survey assigned one‑mile grids for commercial real‑estate data, identifying new inventory and missing listings. • Follow CoStar safety standards to protect vehicle and equipment. • Represent CoStar professionally at all times and attend conference calls with sales and research teams as needed.

What You Bring
The position requires up to eight hours of standing, walking, and driving daily, with the ability to lift equipment up to five pounds and perform repetitive hand movements on a tablet or laptop. Employees must be able to work in all weather conditions, on weekends on a rotating schedule, and maintain a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. • Minimum 2 years of professional experience, including real‑estate photography. • Professional photographer background or a recent degree in photography. • FAA Part 107 drone license (or obtain within 30 days of offer). • Strong time‑management, detail‑orientation, and data‑entry accuracy. • Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills. • Proficiency with Windows, macOS, Microsoft Office, and internet applications. • Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment; field experience preferred. • Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record check.

The role is hourly with a salary range equivalent to $57,000‑$58,000 annually, plus performance‑based monthly bonuses tied to predefined metrics.
