About the Role
The General Manager – Compensation & Rewards will drive the strategy, governance, and delivery of technology solutions for global compensation and benefits programs, ensuring systems and processes enable competitive, equitable, and compliant rewards practices while delivering an exceptional employee experience. The role works closely with HR, Finance, and IT leaders worldwide to align technology roadmaps with business objectives, manage vendors, and uphold data accuracy, security, and regulatory compliance. • Define and execute the technology roadmap for Compensation & Rewards aligned with business objectives. • Collaborate globally with HR, Finance, and IT leaders to ensure alignment and adoption. • Lead implementation and upgrades of compensation systems (Workday, SAP, Oracle) with seamless payroll and HR integration. • Maintain data accuracy, security, and compliance with global and local regulations. • Deliver actionable analytics on pay equity, market competitiveness, and reward effectiveness. • Manage vendor and consulting partner relationships to ensure SLA compliance and cost optimization. • Build and mentor a high‑performing team of analysts and solution architects. • Apply strong problem‑solving skills and agile methodology knowledge in fast‑paced projects. • Implement and support application, analytical, performance management, and total rewards systems. • Partner with HR leadership to design and implement digital solutions supporting global compensation strategies. • Ensure compliance, data integrity, and security across all compensation systems. • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in rewards technology and analytics. • Work in agile mode to meet MTTR/SLA targets.

What You Bring
• Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred). • Possess 7+ years of HR technology management experience. • Demonstrate expertise in global compensation practices, pay structures, and compliance. • Possess technical skills in database management, cloud computing, and integration technologies. • Exhibit excellent project‑management, budgeting, and communication abilities. • Own end‑to‑end technology and process management for Total Rewards (Compensation, Benefits, Recognition). • Experience with HR platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM. • Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in HR technology. • Proficiency with data analytics and business intelligence tools.
