About the Role

The Community Manager oversees all on‑site operations of a housing community under the Regional Manager, managing personnel, leasing, maintenance, finance, administration and risk while ensuring compliance with Asset policies, safety and fair‑housing guidelines. • Supervise on‑site staff, handling hiring, training, coaching, scheduling and performance issues. • Drive net operating income by controlling costs, improving leasing revenue, and developing annual budgets. • Create and execute yearly marketing plans; lead leasing activities, resident retention programs, and complaint resolution. • Oversee administrative reporting, emergency response, and ensure timely maintenance, repairs and property inspections. • Manage vendor relationships, obtain bids, and monitor construction, rehabilitation and make‑ready projects. • Ensure compliance with fair‑housing, OSHA and Asset policies; maintain accurate financial reconciliations and ownership reports. • Meet physical demands of on‑site work, including standing, lifting up to 25 lb, climbing ladders, and responding to emergencies, with reliable transportation for on‑call duties.
