About the Role
Assemblers are responsible for diagnosing, repairing, adjusting, and maintaining industrial manufacturing equipment, including sheet‑metal machines, engines, pneumatic tools, and conveyor systems, using hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments. They will perform electrical work such as measuring voltage and current, troubleshooting controls, basic wiring, and using diagnostic software, as well as mechanical tasks like aligning belt drives, installing motors, and maintaining HVAC equipment. Additional duties include pneumatic and hydraulic line work, basic welding, and general maintenance in a dusty, temperature‑extreme factory environment. • Diagnose, repair, adjust, and maintain industrial machinery using hand, power, and precision tools. • Perform electrical measurements, troubleshoot controls, basic wiring, and use diagnostic software. • Align and install mechanical components such as belt drives, pulleys, motors, and HVAC equipment. • Maintain pneumatic and hydraulic lines, adjust pressures, and service compressors and pumps. • Conduct basic welding tasks, recognizing proper safety equipment and MIG/TIG processes. • Utilize power tools, measuring tapes, and basic math for construction projects.

The company is seeking Entry‑Level Assemblers to support production operations. New hires will work on a fast‑paced assembly line, rotating among tasks such as assembly, piping, electrical, finishing, testing, and wrapping. This role offers hands‑on training across multiple trade skills and a path to a manufacturing career. The position requires strong communication, interpersonal, decision‑making, and analytical problem‑solving skills, as well as the ability to multitask, stay organized, and collaborate effectively in a high‑pressure team setting. Physically, employees must be able to lift up to 50 lb, sit or stand for most of the shift, work at heights over 3 ft, and tolerate seasonal heat, cold, dust, and occasional chemical fumes. • Work safely in a dusty factory environment with extreme heat and cold temperatures. • Lift up to 50 lb, stand or sit for most of the shift, and work at heights above 3 ft. • Communicate effectively, collaborate in teams, and solve problems under pressure. • Preferred experience: machinist, maintenance, or repair background; basic NEC/UL code knowledge.
