About the Role
The Property Accountant will manage a portfolio of approximately five to ten properties and oversee all aspects of financial reporting for those assets, ensuring accuracy and compliance with owner deadlines. • Prepare and distribute monthly financial reports and bank reconciliations per owner deadlines while maintaining internal controls. • Perform cash management functions, initiate and post journal entries, and research and resolve issues as needed. • Analyze expenses and prepare budget‑based accruals. • Review accounts payable activity and cash balances, selecting invoices for payment. • Conduct monthly general ledger analysis and balance‑sheet account reconciliations. • Prepare audit‑related requests and perform additional assigned duties.

What You Bring
• Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance. • Demonstrate excellent critical reasoning, quantitative, and analytical abilities. • Show deep understanding of financial concepts. • Exhibit strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. • Maintain proven organizational skills with high attention to detail. • No travel required for the position.
