About the Role
• Lead, motivate, and line-manage a small team on site and in the depot to ensure timely completion of work. • Liaise with customers, subcontractors, and third-party stakeholders, both onsite and digitally. • Deliver and support training initiatives for your team and others as needed. • Ensure your team’s work is completed safely, to a high standard, within specifications, and on schedule. • Manage and ensure attendance at site, maintaining organised and accurate stock for installations. • Support service and contract requirements with out-of-hours availability. • Promote health and safety practices within the team and provide reports as necessary. • Monitor job costs, providing detailed breakdowns as required to meet budget targets.

Please note this role is not eligible for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship. • Electrical qualification and/or relevant experience with a strong background in on-site work. • Proven leadership and team management skills, with a passion for motivating and training others. • Cooperative, proactive approach with the ability to manage tasks, staff, materials, and contractors. • Effective communication skills, team-building abilities, and IT proficiency (tablets, laptops, and software). • Full UK driving licence (company vehicle and tools provided). • Company vehicle, tools, PPE, and uniform.
