About the Role

The Meetings and Events Specialist, also referred to as an Event Coordinator, plays a pivotal role in shaping a positive impression of the company by curating memorable on‑site and off‑site meetings and events. This position serves as an ambassador and liaison among clients, employees, and visitors, delivering a holistic, customer‑centric experience. Key responsibilities include greeting and directing visitors with professionalism, managing event logistics such as registration, catering orders, and vendor coordination, and ensuring that venue setups—chairs, tables, stages, décor—meet client specifications and safety regulations. The specialist also provides expertise in menu planning, room selection, and day‑of execution while optimizing meeting‑space utilization and handling internal client inquiries and complaints. Additional duties may include administrative support such as printing, copying, reception, answering phones, and assisting facility and hospitality teams as required.
