About the Role

The primary purpose of this position is to lead turbine‑generator outage execution project teams, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient outage activities that align with Constellation and Clean Energy Center (CEC) goals. The role standardizes outage processes, reinforces standards and expectations, enforces procedural adherence, and applies Human Performance fundamentals while coaching and mentoring staff for continuous improvement. • Develop detailed outage plans, assign personnel, and define work scopes. • Create schedule and budget using the life‑cycle cost management system. • Serve as primary liaison with client CEC management and major vendors during refueling outages. • Direct project completion, close‑out financial and technical documentation, and promote fiscal accountability. • Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives across CEC project participants. • Communicate technical, financial, and progress updates to corporate and CEC leadership. • Coach, mentor, and manage performance of managers and employees in outage planning. • Maintain required access and pass necessary medical examinations.

What You Bring

• Meet minimum qualifications: relevant degree or equivalent experience (8‑12 years) and leadership in at least three refueling outages. • Preferred: turbine/generator expertise and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
