About the Role
The Driver – CDL (B) safely operates a collection truck to provide prompt, courteous, and complete waste removal services. The driver ensures the vehicle complies with the Company’s safety standards, adheres to all Company, state, and federal regulations, and completes daily vehicle condition reports to address defects promptly. Key duties include performing thorough pre‑ and post‑operation inspections, operating the truck and compactor according to safety policies, following route sheets, and delivering waste to designated disposal sites. Drivers interact courteously with customers and dispatchers, tag unsatisfactory containers, monitor waste for prohibited material, clean spills, and maintain vehicle cleanliness to minimize downtime. Drivers complete required route and productivity sheets, VCRs, and other reports while meeting productivity standards and participating in the Company’s ReSOP safety program. Additional tasks may be assigned as needed.

What You Bring
The role requires strong customer‑service skills, effective time management, reliability, adherence to safety policies, and a sense of pride in delivering quality work. Minimum qualifications include a Class B (or higher) Commercial Driver’s License with an air‑brake endorsement.
