• Lead the change effort for enterprise-wide initiatives, including Finance Forward. • Design and implement strategic change programs from concept through execution. • Partner with senior leaders to facilitate decision-making and enable transformation. • Interpret engagement analytics and KPIs to inform strategy and measure success. • Build strong relationships across all levels to foster a culture of adaptability and resilience. • Strengthen WSP’s change infrastructure and improve organizational processes.

What You Bring
• Strategic foresight with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans. • Expertise in change management and organizational transformation. • Strong understanding of Finance operations and business processes. • Exceptional analytical, reporting, and presentation skills, including PowerPoint storyboarding. • Ability to lead through influence and manage multiple priorities effectively. • Post‑secondary education in Business, HR, or related field with 6–8 years of experience in strategic initiatives and transformational change. • Bilingualism in French and English is an asset.

Compensation varies by province, ranging from $111,000 to $162,800. The final salary may differ based on education, experience, certifications, seniority, location, and business needs, and the wage range is subject to change for business purposes.
