What You Bring
Successful candidates typically hold a four‑year degree in a related field or have three to four years of sales experience, a valid driver’s license, and are at least 21 years old. Key capabilities include strong project‑management, new‑business development, customer‑retention, effective communication, negotiation, and solid computer skills. Knowledge of ground protection, construction, or specialty industrial equipment is preferred, and bilingual Spanish may be advantageous in some locations. • Hold a 4‑year degree in a related field or 3‑4 years of sales experience • Maintain a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record • Exhibit strong project‑management, new‑business development, and customer‑retention abilities • Demonstrate effective communication, negotiation, and computer proficiency • Possess knowledge of ground protection, construction, or specialty industrial equipment (preferred) • Bilingual Spanish ability may be preferred in certain locations • Physical ability to lift 50 lb, bend, squat, crouch, and work indoors/outdoors as required
