About the Role
• Lead technical delivery for mission‑critical commissioning projects with minimal supervision. • Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and project team members. • Develop and maintain client relationships and collaborate to expand business opportunities. • Create and manage commissioning plans, procedures, checklists, test scripts, and schedules for Levels 1‑5 activities. • Review mechanical and plumbing design documents and submittals. • Lead onsite teams to conduct functional performance tests on mechanical and plumbing systems. • Provide project management and coordination to meet client expectations for technical excellence, budget, and schedule.

What You Bring
Candidates must have at least ten years of progressive experience in building systems commissioning, including three years in mission‑critical facilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to diagnose and resolve construction and operational issues. • 10+ years progressive experience in building systems commissioning, including 3+ years in mission‑critical facilities. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Proven ability to diagnose and solve construction and operational problems. • Team player with creative problem‑solving capabilities. • Working knowledge of electrical systems. • Willingness to travel 75% or more for national projects.
