About the Role

Key duties include measuring and publishing facility performance metrics, developing and maintaining accurate equipment and spare‑part metadata in Infor EAM, and ensuring all assets are properly labeled or barcoded. The specialist will create, update, and close work orders, develop facility‑specific preventive maintenance plans, schedules, routes, and work packages, and support management in reviewing work‑order accuracy. Additional responsibilities involve driving materials‑management processes such as requisitions, purchase orders, cycle counts, and 5S store organization, while collaborating with corporate EAM analysts to roll out new functionality and providing software training to end users. • Measure and publish facility performance metrics, interpret data, troubleshoot processes, and recommend improvements. • Maintain accurate equipment metadata (manufacturer, model, serial number, system structure) in Infor EAM and label/barcode assets. • Create and update work order data, including equipment assignments, scheduled due dates, meter points, and work packages. • Develop and manage facility‑specific preventive maintenance plans, schedules, routes, and work packages. • Review and ensure accuracy of work order details such as booked hours, parts usage, work‑order types, closing codes, and comments. • Schedule, assign, and oversee work order creation, planning, updates, and closure. • Maintain spare‑part metadata (supplier, catalog number, min/max quantities, pricing, manufacturer) in the system. • Drive materials‑management processes: generate requisitions, purchase orders, receipts, support 5S store organization, conduct cycle counts, and audit inventory. • Collaborate with facilities team to reduce costs and improve parts quality. • Partner with corporate EAM analysts to implement new functionality, coding schemes, preventive maintenance procedures, and reporting. • Provide EAM software training to end users and new administrators, and act as liaison for problem resolution. • Coach staff on CMMS best practices and usage.

What You Bring

Candidates must have at least an associate degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, with a high school diploma as a minimum. Required experience includes 1‑3+ years in a maintenance distribution or manufacturing environment, 4+ years working with enterprise asset management software (Infor EAM preferred) and 2+ years of data analysis in asset management and spare‑part optimization. Strong written and verbal communication skills, self‑driven organization, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced team are essential, while proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures are preferred. • Hold an associate degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; high school diploma minimum. • Possess 1‑3+ years experience in maintenance distribution or manufacturing and 4+ years with enterprise asset management software, preferably Infor EAM. • Demonstrate 2+ years of data analysis experience in asset management and spare‑part optimization, with strong communication and organizational skills.
