About the Role

In this role you will be responsible for risk identification and ownership, quantitative risk analysis, reporting and communication, financial risk modelling, and collaboration and compliance. • Identify, assign ownership, and track project risks and opportunities within precinct packages. • Conduct quantitative risk analyses (QRAs) to determine contingency levels, validate inputs, and perform scenario modelling and sensitivity analysis. • Develop and present risk dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate QRA outcomes and key insights to stakeholders. • Model cash flows, assess escalation impacts, and monitor risk exposure against the remaining risk budget. • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate risk insights into project planning and ensure compliance with corporate risk standards.

What You Bring

Essential requirements include full‑time working rights in Australia and residence in Adelaide, at least five years of senior‑level project risk management experience, strong quantitative and commercial acumen, proficiency with risk tools such as Active Risk Manager, Cura, @Risk, Acumen Fuse, Safran, or Primavera Risk Analysis, and familiarity with data‑visualisation tools like Power BI or Tableau.
