About the Role

This role is responsible for executing all collection activities in line with company and federal regulations, ensuring delinquency rates remain within targets set by financial management. The employee must sustain required phone and contact activity levels, manage correspondence and payments ethically and confidentially, and keep organized documentation for each owner account, including requesting skip tracing when needed. Additionally, the incumbent supports the collections team, fulfills management requests, completes mandated training, adheres to company policies, and performs other assigned duties. • Perform collection activity in compliance with company and Federal regulations to maintain acceptable delinquency levels. • Maintain required phone activity, contact percentages, and other key performance indicators. • Handle all correspondence and payments legally, ethically, and confidentially. • Keep systematic, organized documentation for owner accounts and request skip tracing as needed. • Assist collections staff with daily processes and procedures. • Execute reasonable requests from management. • Complete all assigned company training and compliance courses. • Follow company standards and maintain compliance with policies and procedures. • Remain calm under pressure when interacting with customers. • Retain and recall knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
