About the Role
In this role you will champion safety by applying local health and safety regulations and promoting visible safety behaviours. You will ensure robust quality systems, manage project delivery from inception through design, procurement and construction, and oversee tasks to meet agreed milestones. Managing budgets, identifying risks and supporting the long‑term development of the business unit are also key responsibilities, as is leading design and consultant teams to achieve project KPIs. • Promote safety first by demonstrating visible safety behaviours and applying local H&S regulations. • Ensure robust quality systems and manage delivery from project inception to construction milestones. • Manage project budgets, highlight risks and implement mitigation strategies. • Lead design and consultant teams collaboratively to meet project KPIs. • Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders and internal/external partners. • Apply project management methodologies, budgeting oversight and scheduling expertise. • Incorporate carbon and sustainability considerations into project delivery.

What You Bring
The successful candidate will have proven experience managing medium‑sized or complex projects, strong budgeting oversight, and expertise in project management methodologies. Required qualifications include a tertiary degree or equivalent experience, a valid CSCS (or local equivalent) card, and professional membership such as MCIOB, MAPM, MRICS, RICS, CIOB, APM or ICE. Additional attributes include commercial and financial acumen, knowledge of sustainability and carbon considerations, advanced communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build effective relationships with senior stakeholders. Experience in construction delivery, bidding, and health and safety compliance is essential. • Hold relevant professional membership (e.g., MCIOB, MAPM, MRICS, RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE). • Possess a valid CSCS (or local equivalent) card and appropriate technical qualifications. • Demonstrate commercial and financial acumen, including fee proposals and cost control. • Utilise advanced communication, negotiation and problem‑solving skills.
