About the Role

The Community Manager oversees all aspects of a housing community’s operations under the Regional Manager’s supervision, including personnel, leasing, maintenance, finance, administration and risk management. Acting as the on‑site leader, the manager ensures compliance with company policies, safety standards and fair‑housing regulations while driving resident satisfaction and financial performance. • Supervise on‑site staff, handling hiring, training, coaching, performance issues and scheduling. • Achieve net operating income targets through cost control, revenue growth and leasing strategies. • Develop and manage annual operating budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting. • Oversee rent collection, deposit reconciliation, and vendor invoice processing. • Create and execute yearly marketing and leasing plans; manage resident complaints and retention programs. • Conduct property inspections, ensure timely maintenance, emergency response and compliance with safety and fair‑housing policies. • Prepare accurate administrative and leasing reports; coordinate maintenance, construction and rehabilitation activities.

What You Bring

• Meet education/experience requirements: high school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), CAM/ARM certification preferred, knowledge of Fair Housing and OSHA. • Maintain physical ability to perform on‑site duties, including lifting up to 25 lb, standing for long periods, and responding to emergencies; reliable transportation required.
