Reliability Technician

About the Role

• Assist engineers with assembling, testing, and troubleshooting prototypes, including solder rework, thermocouple welding, wiring, labeling, and harness making. • Ensure safety compliance and maintain a clean, organized lab and office workspace. • Track and manage inventory of tools, parts, and supplies, ordering stock and calibrating equipment as needed. • Coordinate with vendors for purchasing, service, and technical support of lab and office equipment. • Help monitor project timelines, materials, and progress to provide necessary resources for engineering deadlines. • Provide basic tech support for office hardware and software, troubleshooting minor IT issues. • Communicate effectively with engineers, vendors, and staff.

What You Bring

We are seeking an Engineering Technician who blends technical know‑how with strong organizational skills to keep operations running smoothly in a fast‑paced engineering environment. The role supports engineers, maintains safety and cleanliness, manages inventory, coordinates vendors, tracks project progress, and provides basic tech support for staff. It requires hands‑on work with prototypes, equipment, and lab tools. • Hold a high school diploma; associate’s degree or higher in Engineering/Industrial Technology preferred. • Demonstrate hands‑on experience in engineering environments, including exceptional soldering, harness making, and thermocouple/data acquisition management. • Exhibit strong organizational ability to manage multiple tasks and attention to detail. • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic IT troubleshooting. • Skilled with engineering lab tools and equipment.
