About the Role
The Driver – CDL (B) safely operates a collection truck to provide prompt, courteous, and complete waste removal services. The role includes ensuring the vehicle meets Company safety standards, complying with state and federal regulations, and completing daily vehicle condition reports (VCRs) to address any defects. Key duties involve performing thorough pre‑ and post‑operation inspections, reading route sheets, loading refuse, operating the compactor, and disposing of material at the designated facility. The driver interacts professionally with customers and dispatchers, tags unsatisfactory containers, cleans accidental spills, monitors vehicle condition, and completes required productivity and reporting documents while adhering to safety policies and the ReSOP program.

What You Bring
