About the Role
The Human Resources Manager serves as a strategic business partner for a manufacturing facility, driving a culture of safety, engagement and performance while ensuring compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and company policies. The role oversees employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, and compensation programs, partnering with plant leadership on workforce planning, succession and continuous‑improvement initiatives. • Ensure compliance with ADA, FMLA, EEOC, OSHA and all applicable employment laws. • Advise managers and employees on employee‑relations issues and promote an inclusive work environment. • Lead communication and recognition programs to strengthen plant culture. • Partner with hiring managers to source, interview and select qualified candidates for plant and leadership roles. • Develop and deliver onboarding programs that accelerate new‑hire integration and engagement. • Create and manage training and development initiatives supporting continuous‑improvement and Lean projects. • Administer wage, salary and incentive programs to maintain internal equity and market competitiveness. • Drive HR process improvements to increase service delivery efficiency. • Build strong partnerships with operations leaders and hourly workforce.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (or be within 12 months of graduation), have 5‑7 years of HR management experience in a manufacturing environment, and possess strong knowledge of employment law, HR systems and labor relations. • Manage multiple priorities, meet dynamic deadlines and apply analytical problem‑solving skills. • Demonstrate continuous‑improvement mindset and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Benefits
Compensation ranges from $81,800 to $122,500 plus incentives, and the benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, HSA/FSA accounts, PTO, 401(k) matching, AD&D insurance, tuition assistance and other offerings.
