About the Role

The Director will serve as a recognized expert and thought leader in project management, owning project plans, handling escalated issues, and guiding resolution development. The position also drives strategic planning, creates new business growth strategies, and manages relationships with external contractors. Within the Aftermarket organization, the Director will lead the Modifications and Upgrades (MAU) program portfolio, overseeing more than 50 active programs across CHVAC. Responsibilities include establishing strong governance, disciplined execution, and delivering high‑quality outcomes while maintaining scope, schedule, cost, and quality objectives. • Lead the full lifecycle execution of Modifications and Upgrades programs, ensuring scope, schedule, cost, and quality goals are met. • Establish and maintain a robust governance framework for 50+ global Aftermarket programs, including reporting, milestone reviews, and risk management. • Implement progress‑tracking mechanisms to provide visibility of program status, KPIs, and dependencies to senior leadership. • Develop strategic business growth plans and manage relationships with external contractors. • Deliver high‑quality results in aftermarket or HVAC domains.

What You Bring

The role requires at least 15 years of progressive experience in program, engineering, or product management, ideally in technology or industrial product development.
