About the Role
The End of Line Test Rack Production Leader supports testing activities on end‑of‑line production test racks. The role allocates team members, equipment, and materials to meet the production plan while maintaining the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and safety. The leader sets performance expectations, coaches staff, and conducts regular evaluations for testing and quality control personnel. They coordinate and direct testing activities, enforce quality control processes, and investigate issues, applying corrective and preventive actions as needed. Safety is a primary focus; the leader delivers safety training, performs audits, and recommends continuous improvements. They also drive process‑optimization initiatives, document test results and incidents, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. • Allocate resources—including team members, equipment, and materials—to implement the production and testing plan. • Set clear performance expectations, coach staff, and conduct regular evaluations for testing and quality control personnel. • Coordinate and support employees performing testing on production equipment, ensuring adherence to quality protocols. • Monitor and enforce quality control processes to meet or exceed established standards. • Investigate production and quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions. • Lead safety training sessions, conduct safety audits, and recommend continuous safety improvements. • Identify and apply best practices for process optimization and continuous improvement. • Maintain accurate documentation of test results, safety incidents, and process changes. • Generate regular performance reports covering productivity, quality, and efficiency metrics. • Communicate production status, challenges, and opportunities to Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, and management. • Promote an inclusive team environment using gender‑neutral language and valuing diverse perspectives. • Obtain and maintain 608 universal and A2L refrigerant certifications. • Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lb and working in demanding manufacturing conditions.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a high school diploma or GED, an HVAC certificate, and preferably 3–5 years of relevant industry experience. Required certifications include 608 universal and A2L refrigerant handling, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and production management software. The position requires the ability to lift up to 50 lb, stand and perform repetitive tasks, and work in environments with extreme temperatures, noise, dust, chemicals, and forklift traffic. It is a safety‑sensitive job subject to drug and alcohol testing, and reasonable accommodations are provided as required.
