About the Role

The Assistant Property Manager will handle community accounting functions, support leasing activities, and supervise the team. Responsibilities include collecting rental payments, preparing accounting records and reports, delivering late‑rent notices, and assisting with evictions. • Collect and secure rental payments. • Prepare accounting records, deposit accounting, and monthly closeout reports. • Issue late‑rent letters, notices to vacate, and follow up on unpaid balances. • Assist with the eviction process in accordance with local municipality policies. • Deliver excellent customer service to residents and prospects. • Support the Property Manager with various tasks as needed. • Drive high resident retention and meet leasing targets.

What You Bring
