About the Role
The Maintenance Supervisor for multifamily properties at Cushman & Wakefield ensures resident satisfaction through timely, high-quality maintenance services. The role covers move-in preparation, day-to-day service requests, and emergency response, supporting the company's commitment to superior customer service. Core duties include preparing market-ready apartments—painting, carpet cleaning, repairs, and housekeeping—while maintaining grounds, pools, hot tubs, common areas, and dog parks. The supervisor utilizes a broad skill set covering plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, electrical, appliance repair, caulking, snow removal and life-safety issues, schedules and records preventative maintenance, and reports budget-impacting problems to management. Participation in required training and adherence to state, local, and federal housing codes are also expected. • Prepare market-ready apartments through painting, carpet cleaning, repairs, and housekeeping. • Complete resident service requests promptly and handle on-call emergency procedures. • Perform maintenance across plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, electrical, appliances, pool, and snow removal. • Maintain cleanliness and safety of grounds, pools, hot tubs, common areas, and dog parks. • Schedule, execute, and document preventative maintenance activities. • Report budget-impacting maintenance issues, including life‑safety and property damages, to management. • Attend required training and stay compliant with housing laws, codes, and company safety policies.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a high school diploma or equivalent and have at least three years of relevant experience, along with an EPA 608 Type II certification or comparable CPO credential. A valid driver’s license, knowledge of safe cleaning practices, basic math proficiency, and the ability to work any shift, Sunday through Saturday, are required.
