About the Role
We are seeking an Upstream Planning Leader for our El Paso, TX facility to drive manufacturing excellence. In this role you will oversee upstream supplier flows, forecasts, and logistics to improve overall supply‑chain performance. • Orchestrate upstream supplier flows while managing forecasts and logistics terms. • Drive continuous improvement of replenishment lead times, quantities, and stocking policies. • Coordinate material requirements planning, procurement, and inventory control processes. • Manage end‑to‑end material flows from suppliers to workshop and finished‑goods distribution. • Develop and refine forecasting processes. • Maintain and optimize supplier relationships to enhance supply chain performance. • Deliver effective presentations and lead supply chain strategy implementation.

What You Bring
• Demonstrate a proven track record in manufacturing materials procurement and supply chain logistics. • Apply strong expertise in materials requirements planning and inventory control systems. • Exhibit excellence in production scheduling and capacity planning. • Utilize outstanding analytical and problem‑solving skills with meticulous attention to detail. • Possess 3–5 years of supply chain planning experience and proficiency with SAP. • Hold a degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
