About the Role

The role provides comprehensive support for facilities management operations, covering people management, vendor oversight, client relations, financial and commercial management, and site operations. It assists the Post Facilities Manager in delivering excellent customer service while ensuring that soft‑service vendors meet contractual obligations and performance targets. • Provide coaching and direction to the team, driving morale and fostering teamwork as a backup for the Post Facilities Manager. • Manage multiple vendors for soft services and assist the procurement team in vendor procurement processes. • Build and develop relationships with key stakeholders across all organizational levels. • Monitor financial processes, ensuring accounts payable procedures are followed and contracts deliver best value. • Implement industry best‑practice operations, meeting building procedures and Critical Environment requirements. • Oversee site cleanliness, directing cleaning staff and organizing specialty cleaning as required. • Implement JLL Operational Risk Management program and support disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

What You Bring

Ideal candidates have solid facilities‑management experience, strong team‑coaching skills, and proven vendor and financial management abilities. Preferred qualifications include experience in leased residential property management, Critical Environment Management, and familiarity with JLL’s procurement and risk‑management processes.
