What You Bring
The company is seeking an Experienced Track Hoe Operator for its Huntsville, Alabama/North Alabama operations. The role reports to the Area Construction Manager and Superintendent and requires a demonstrated commitment to safety and quality results. Candidates must have at least one year of track hoe experience; experience with mini‑excavators, skid steers, or dozers is advantageous. The ideal applicant is a team player who can work overtime, possesses a valid driver’s license, and demonstrates reliable transportation. • Minimum 1 year of track hoe operating experience; 1‑3 years with mini‑excavator, skid steer, or dozer is a plus • GPS control experience preferred • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required • Ability to work overtime, weekends, and nights as needed • Physical ability to lift and carry up to 100 lb, crawl, climb, and work in noisy, all‑weather environments • Must pass pre‑employment drug screening and maintain a safe driving record
