About the Role
The Senior Architect position focuses on healthcare projects, leading all phases from initial planning and concept development through construction support. The role ensures compliance with local regulations, international standards, budgets, and timelines while delivering innovative and functional design solutions. • Lead architectural design for healthcare and hospital projects from concept through construction. • Communicate with project managers, internal teams, and clients to provide updates and resolve technical issues. • Schedule work assignments, set priorities, and direct subordinate staff. • Participate in client meetings and presentations on project progress and design concepts. • Prepare feasibility reports and design proposals using the Terms of Reference. • Review, check, and approve architectural drawings and specifications for compliance with codes and regulations. • Ensure designs meet budget, timeline, and quality standards. • Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

What You Bring
• Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture. • Minimum 15 years of architectural experience, including 7 years in healthcare at senior level. • Mandatory GCC experience and knowledge of Qatar Construction Standards and Qatar Civil Defense regulations. • Expert knowledge of construction details, quality standards, and relevant regulations. • Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and MS Office. • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with a collaborative approach. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. • High attention to detail and commitment to quality work. • Grade A MMUP registration and QCDD registration. • Desired: Chartered Architect registration and flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements.
