About the Role

The Field Recruiter owns full‑cycle, high‑volume recruiting for Renuity’s field operations, partnering closely with hiring managers and regional leaders to deliver talent that directly impacts business performance and growth. Recruiting Execution: You will own full‑cycle recruiting for high‑volume field roles, partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, source candidates through multiple channels, manage pipelines, and synthesize interview feedback to guide selection decisions. Ownership & Impact: You will be accountable for hiring outcomes, timelines, and quality, support hiring events, job fairs, and community outreach, and help foster a collaborative TA team focused on results and continuous improvement. • Own full‑cycle recruiting for high‑volume field positions, from requisition intake to offer acceptance. • Partner with hiring managers and regional leaders to define staffing needs and hiring priorities. • Source, screen, and qualify candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and networks. • Manage candidate pipelines to ensure steady talent flow. • Gather interview feedback and advise hiring teams on selection decisions. • Deliver a consistent, transparent, and timely candidate experience. • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, setting clear expectations. • Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS and related systems. • Follow standardized recruiting processes while identifying efficiency improvements. • Stay updated on recruiting trends, tools, and best practices. • Account for hiring outcomes, timelines, and quality of hires. • Support hiring events, job fairs, and community outreach initiatives. • Contribute to a collaborative talent acquisition team focused on results.

What You Bring

Candidate Experience & Process Excellence: You will deliver a transparent, timely experience for all candidates, act as their trusted point of contact, maintain accurate data in the ATS, follow standardized processes and identify efficiency improvements, and stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices. Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred, with 1–3 years of talent acquisition experience in a high‑volume environment. Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, organization, time‑management, and ability to manage multiple priorities are required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with ATS/HRIS (Ashby, ADP) is desired. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred) and 1–3 years of high‑volume recruiting experience. • Demonstrate strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. • Exhibit high organization, detail orientation, and strong time‑management. • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experienced with ATS/HRIS (Ashby, ADP a plus).
