About the Role

The role reports to the Project Executive, Deputy Operations Manager, or Operations Manager and is responsible for overall leadership and coordination of multiple projects within the division. • Develop and mentor high‑performance teams, delivering regular feedback and performance appraisals. • Administer Turner’s contracts and subcontract agreements. • Foster and enhance relationships with owners, architects, subcontractors and vendors. • Establish, update and communicate the Master Project Schedule and oversee its execution. • Collaborate with the Preconstruction team on project development. • Manage project budget, financial reporting, and ensure adherence to financial targets. • Lead the Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) program. • Oversee field operations and engineering processes and procedures. • Guide team compliance with insurance, labor and employee‑relation requirements. • Enforce safety protocols across the project staff. • Coordinate with Accounting to initiate and track Pay Applications for timely payments. • Provide regular updates to management through Operation Review Meetings and support Turner’s technology initiatives.

What You Bring

Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree and have at least ten years of relevant experience, demonstrating expertise in construction cost, scheduling, estimating, purchasing, engineering, accounting principles, and the use of BIM and Lean technologies. The position entails physical requirements such as climbing stairs and ladders, working in construction environments with exposure to noise, fumes, weather conditions, and occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
