About the Role
The Account Executive for Autodesk Construction Cloud is a sales professional tasked with driving business growth in the construction technology market. This role represents Autodesk Construction Solutions and sells the ACC portfolio of solutions to customers. The incumbent will own and expand a defined sales territory, creating and executing a strategic plan that fuels pipeline, revenue, and market penetration. They will generate new opportunities through outbound prospecting—cold calls, emails, social selling, and targeted outreach—while managing the full sales cycle from discovery to negotiation and close. What You Bring
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and demonstrate a proven track record in SaaS or technology sales, preferably within construction or enterprise software. Required skills include outbound selling, territory planning that delivers 3–5× quota coverage, and consultative solution‑based selling that uncovers pain points and articulates ROI. Strong relationship‑building and a customer‑centric mindset are also required. Ideal applicants bring over five years of B2B SaaS sales experience, especially in construction or similar environments, with a history of exceeding quota. They thrive in high‑activity sales motions, handling daily outreach, discovery calls, demos, and deal progression, and have experience expanding accounts through upsell, cross‑sell, and multi‑product adoption. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with proven SaaS/technology sales success • 5+ years B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in construction or enterprise software • Demonstrated outbound selling expertise and strong territory planning (3–5× quota coverage) • Consultative, solution‑based selling ability to uncover pain points and convey ROI • Comfort with high‑activity sales motions: daily outreach, discovery calls, demos, and deal progression • Experience expanding accounts through upsell, cross‑sell, and multi‑product adoption
