About the Role

The BIM Lead will drive BIM strategy, implementation and coordination across major projects, ensuring integration of design, cost and construction data to support project teams in delivering projects efficiently, accurately and to global standards. • Develop and implement BIM execution plans aligned with project objectives and ensure compliance with standards and client requirements. • Lead BIM coordination across architecture, civil, MEP and structural disciplines, facilitating clash detection, model reviews and design validation. • Support project managers by integrating BIM outputs into schedules and cost plans. • Maintain accurate digital models, manage version control, ensure data integrity and structured information flow. • Collaborate with consultants, contractors and internal teams to resolve design and construction challenges. • Provide training and guidance on BIM processes and tools to project teams. • Drive adoption of BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Dynamo) and explore integration with project management platforms and digital twins.

What You Bring

Candidates must have 18–20 years of BIM experience, a degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or Construction Management, BIM certifications, strong expertise in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD and related tools, and proven communication and leadership skills. • Hold 18–20 years of BIM and multidisciplinary coordination experience on large‑scale infrastructure, real estate or industrial projects. • Possess a degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or Construction Management and BIM certifications (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional, RICS BIM Manager). • Demonstrate excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
