About the Role
The Principal Designer will implement project‑specific Digital Delivery and BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) that meet enterprise standards and client requirements, lead model‑based and data‑driven workflow adoption, and champion automation, interoperability, and process optimization across multiple concurrent projects. • Implement Digital Delivery and BIM Execution Plans aligned with enterprise standards and client requirements. • Lead adoption of model‑based, data‑driven workflows to ensure consistency and scalability across projects. • Champion automation, interoperability, and process‑optimization initiatives. • Manage and coordinate multiple digital delivery workstreams across concurrent projects. • Utilize advanced tools such as Revit Structure, Navisworks, ACC/BIM 360, Dynamo, ProjectWise, and MicroStation. • Promote scripting and automation (Dynamo) to increase productivity and repeatability. • Ensure model data supports construction, asset information models, and digital twin use cases. • Facilitate interoperability between Revit, Civil 3D, MicroStation, ACC, and Navisworks. • Mentor and train project teams on digital tools and workflows. • Establish QA/QC processes for digital deliverables in line with ISO 19650 and client specifications.

What You Bring
The role demands advanced proficiency with Revit Structure, Navisworks, AutoCAD, ACC/BIM 360, Dynamo, ProjectWise, MicroStation, RC CAD, and OBD, as well as experience creating BEPs, digital workflows, and coordination strategies for large, complex building, metro, or airport projects. Responsibilities include promoting scripting tools, ensuring structured model data supports downstream uses such as construction and digital twins, and maintaining QA/QC compliance with ISO 19650 and client specifications. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field (or a civil engineering diploma) with 10–15 years of BIM and digital delivery experience, including proven leadership as a Lead Digital/BIM Coordinator on multidisciplinary projects and the ability to integrate digital delivery across design, construction, and handover phases. • Hold a bachelor’s degree (or diploma) in engineering/Construction Management with 10‑15 years BIM/digital delivery experience. • Proven track record as Lead Digital/BIM Coordinator on complex, multidisciplinary building projects. • Demonstrated ability to integrate digital delivery across design, construction, and handover phases.
