About the Role
• Lead the full project lifecycle from feasibility through design, construction and close‑out. • Manage and control project budgets, cost plans, cash flow and change management (CapEx and OpEx). • Oversee consultants, contractors, landlords and vendors to ensure performance and compliance. • Develop and maintain project schedules, risk registers and mitigation strategies. • Ensure compliance with local regulations, corporate standards and HSE requirements. • Act as primary point of contact for clients and senior stakeholders, providing clear reporting and governance. • Drive value engineering, cost optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives. • Support procurement, tendering, contract administration and commercial negotiations. • Provide mentorship and leadership to Project Managers and project teams. • Contribute to portfolio planning, fee proposals and business development activities.

What You Bring
• 10–18+ years experience in corporate real estate, workplace, commercial interiors or capital project delivery. • Proven experience delivering complex office fit‑outs, refurbishments and multi‑site programmes. • Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts and cost management. • Experience with multinational clients or regional portfolios (preferred). • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related discipline (required). • Professional certifications such as PMP, Prince2, RICS or equivalent (preferred). • Strong stakeholder and client relationship management skills. • Financial and commercial acumen. • Risk management and problem‑solving capability. • Ability to manage multiple projects or programmes concurrently. • Leadership, mentoring and team development skills. • Clear executive‑level communication and reporting.
