About the Role
In this role, you will oversee the integration of employee experience, facilities management, and event planning to create a welcoming and high‑performing workplace. You will work closely with office leaders, the Facilities Manager, and the finance team to ensure smooth operations, effective communication, and alignment with the firm’s culture and values. The position includes responsibility for budget stewardship, vendor relationship management, and the implementation of best practices for office security and sustainability initiatives. You will also coordinate with HR and leadership on office policies, inventory management, and the continuous evolution of the work environment. • Develop and deliver employee experience programs, services, and events. • Mentor and train the Office Experiences Team to maintain a welcoming environment. • Collaborate with office leaders to build an inclusive calendar of social, intellectual, and educational events. • Observe and analyze office usage to drive space innovation and experimentation. • Communicate upcoming events, announcements, and workplace changes via Teams, email, and All‑Staff channels. • Co‑lead facilities initiatives, including new‑hire orientation and office relocations. • Coordinate procurement of furniture, equipment, and manage landlord maintenance requests. • Partner with finance to establish and monitor budgets for events, supplies, repairs, and moves. • Oversee front‑desk operations, office supply inventory, and vendor performance evaluations. • Implement security best practices in partnership with the Facilities Manager. • Act as hospitality ambassador, ensuring optimal meeting experiences for employees, clients, and guests. • Plan and execute onsite and offsite events such as All‑Staff meetings, holiday parties, and firmwide gatherings. • Manage meeting space, catering, and entertainment budgets, working closely with leadership.

This hands‑on leader employs a collaborative approach, staying one step ahead to strengthen employee purpose, energize the workforce, and enable an exceptional overall experience. Ideal candidates hold a relevant bachelor’s degree and bring over ten years of experience in office/facilities management, team leadership, and event planning, preferably within a professional services or design firm. They demonstrate superior client service, strong judgment, excellent communication skills, and a passion for sustainability and wellness‑focused initiatives.

Benefits
Compensation includes a base salary range of $85,000‑95,000, bonus eligibility, and a comprehensive benefits package featuring medical, dental, vision, 401k, profit sharing, ESOP, tuition reimbursement, and wellness programs.
