About the Role

A Fabricator examines specifications using drawings, work orders, or blueprints to determine finished item characteristics, materials, and machine setup. They fabricate work pieces per specifications, retrieve materials, and perform various fabrication duties. They inspect pieces visually or with tools to ensure standards, package items for shipping, install protective devices, follow safety policies, and perform other assigned duties. • Examine customer specifications (drawings, work orders, blueprints) to determine required materials and machine setup. • Fabricate work pieces according to order specifications. • Retrieve appropriate materials and perform various fabrication tasks. • Inspect finished pieces using visual checks, tape rules, calipers, or gauges to ensure they meet standards. • Package completed items for shipping and install protective devices to prevent damage. • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

What You Bring

The role generally requires 0–2 years of experience. Preferred qualifications include experience reading blueprints or work orders, knowledge of construction and industrial products, and Spanish language proficiency. • Require 0–2 years of related experience. • Preferred: ability to read blueprints and work orders, knowledge of construction and industrial products. • Spanish language proficiency is a plus.
