We have an exciting opportunity for a permanent Programme Lead to manage senior direct reports, provide effective leadership, ensure excellence in delivery against plans, and champion a continuous improvement culture throughout all activities. • Manage major programme delivery aligned to strategy. • Set people, process, information and technology environments. • Build high‑performing teams and specialist capability. • Improve performance through resource optimisation. • Represent the programme to clients and stakeholders. • Maintain safety, quality, cost and governance standards. • Oversee controls, reporting and lessons learned. • Ensure commercial, ethical and regulatory compliance. • Safety first: champion a safe, diverse, inclusive workplace.
