Job Highlights
About the Role
The Senior Manager, Field Operations & Transformation is a critical leadership role responsible for spearheading Renuity’s ambitious expansion agenda. This individual will lead the end‑to‑end execution of all new greenfield market entries and the strategic rollout of new product offerings across existing and new divisions. The role also provides strategic oversight and standardization for all growth implementation efforts, developing and refining playbooks to ensure scalability, operational excellence, and alignment with aggressive growth objectives in a fast‑paced, private‑equity‑backed environment. A roll‑up‑your‑sleeves mindset is required, balancing strategic leadership with tactical execution to accelerate performance and results. In the greenfield geographic expansion function, the senior manager translates strategic decisions into actionable launch plans, overseeing detailed project management, resource allocation, and timeline management. Responsibilities include site selection, facility build‑out, initial team hiring in partnership with POPs and local leadership, technology integration, licensing, vendor onboarding, operational training, and supply‑chain establishment. The manager drives end‑to‑end execution from pre‑launch activities through day‑one activation and the 30/60/90‑day ramp‑up, ensuring a smooth transition from pilot to fully operational status while being accountable for the initial P&L performance and growth trajectory of each new location. For product expansions into established markets, the senior manager leads the rollout of new products and services across existing Renuity divisions and new greenfield markets. This involves coordinating product development, marketing, sales, and operations, preparing divisions for launch through sales and install‑team training, updating protocols, and ensuring supplier and warehouse readiness. The manager tracks early performance, gathers feedback, and iterates on rollout strategies to drive adoption and integration. A key component of the role is the development, refinement, and institutionalization of Renuity’s Growth Playbook, creating standard processes, templates, and methodologies that enable scalable market and product launches across the organization. • Lead execution of new greenfield market entries, managing project timelines, resources, and site build‑out. • Oversee infrastructure setup including facility construction, hiring, technology integration, licensing, vendor onboarding, training, and supply‑chain establishment. • Drive end‑to‑end launch from pre‑launch through 30/60/90‑day ramp‑up and ensure initial P&L targets are met. • Manage rollout of new products and services across existing divisions and new markets, coordinating development, marketing, sales, and operations. • Prepare divisions for product launches by training sales and installation teams, updating protocols, and ensuring supplier and warehouse readiness. • Track product adoption, collect performance feedback, and refine rollout strategies. • Develop and institutionalize a Growth Playbook with standardized processes, templates, and best‑practice guidelines.
