About the Role

The role includes conducting air monitoring for hazards such as asbestos, lead, and mold during abatement, renovation, and demolition projects, as well as performing assessments in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings in compliance with EPA, OSHA, and state regulations. • Conduct air monitoring for asbestos, lead, mold, and other workplace hazards during abatement, renovation, and demolition. • Perform asbestos, lead‑based paint, mold, and moisture assessments in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings per EPA, OSHA, and state regulations. • Collect field data—including sample locations, environmental conditions, equipment calibration, and observations—using forms and electronic systems. • Properly handle, label, and maintain chain‑of‑custody for environmental samples and coordinate laboratory submissions. • Maintain, calibrate, and operate field equipment such as air sampling pumps and inspection tools. • Obtain and keep required licenses and certifications for industrial hygiene work. • Communicate daily with ECS technicians, project managers, and site representatives; attend project meetings as requested. • Assist with data reduction, calculations, drafting, and other administrative duties related to test results. • Perform office clerical tasks, report production assistance, and other incidental duties.

What You Bring

Applicants need a high school diploma or GED; no prior experience is required. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are necessary, and the ability to lift at least 40 lb and navigate uneven terrain is required.
