About the Role
• Administer user accounts, roles, groups, and access controls daily. • Maintain and enhance core modules such as ITSM, CMDB, and optionally ITAM, ITOM, HRSD, or SecOps. • Support platform upgrades, patches, regression testing, and routine maintenance. • Monitor and improve data quality in CMDB, ITSM, SAM/HAM, and ITOM tables. • Troubleshoot complex incidents, conduct root‑cause analysis, and implement long‑term fixes. • Create and manage catalog items, record producers, notifications, and workflow automations. • Translate cross‑functional requirements into ServiceNow configuration tasks. • Document configuration changes, processes, and platform updates clearly. • Mentor junior administrators and enforce platform standards and best practices.

What You Bring
We are seeking a ServiceNow Senior Administrator to manage the daily health, stability, and configuration of our ServiceNow platform. The role demands strong hands‑on experience with ITSM and ITAM, a solid understanding of platform architecture, and the ability to support enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and mentor junior team members. The administrator will collaborate closely with developers, process owners, and platform stakeholders to ensure smooth operation and adherence to best practices. The ideal candidate possesses deep knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, tables, forms, ACLs, and role‑based access, along with hands‑on expertise in ITSM and ITAM. Proficiency in Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Flow Designer, and basic JavaScript scripting is required, while familiarity with integrations, Scripted REST APIs, and CMDB data quality practices is advantageous. • Configure forms, fields, lists, UI policies, UI actions, and simple workflows or Flow Designer logic. • 4–6+ years of hands‑on ServiceNow administration or development experience. • Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, or equivalent experience. • ServiceNow CSA certification required; additional ITSM, CMDB, HRSD, or ITAM certifications a plus. • Experience supporting upgrades, maintenance, and platform improvements in Agile or hybrid delivery environments. • Strong communication skills for collaboration with technical and business teams.
