About the Role
Serves as the first point of contact for customers depositing waste at a WM facility, calculates payments, checks loads, and ensures safety through observation of safety rules and regulations. • Greet and direct customers and traffic while answering questions accurately. • Calculate customer payments correctly. • Inspect incoming garbage loads for safety and prohibited materials. • Enforce safe conduct and required PPE for customers and employees. • Maintain the Scale House. • Perform administrative tasks such as filing and reporting. • Inform supervisor of any problems requiring attention. • Attend company‑sponsored training and meetings. • Handle additional duties including data entry and minor customer service. • Engage with employees, customers, and vendors in a friendly, service‑oriented manner.

What You Bring
Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED is required.
