About the Role

The primary role is to safely operate a heavy‑duty truck on assigned routes, ensuring all transportation duties are performed according to company standards. Key responsibilities include operating the vehicle in compliance with OSHA, DOT, and local regulations; conducting pre‑ and post‑trip inspections and completing DVIR forms; promptly reporting unsafe conditions, incidents, or service calls; participating in required trainings and briefings; collaborating with Route Managers to improve route efficiency; handling containers by dumping, cleaning, and positioning them correctly; and completing all required documentation and customer tickets at the end of each route. • Operate a heavy‑duty truck safely in compliance with OSHA, DOT, and company policies. • Perform pre‑ and post‑trip vehicle inspections and complete DVIR reports. • Report unsafe conditions, incidents, and service calls to Route Manager or Dispatch promptly. • Participate in scheduled trainings, briefings, and meetings. • Collaborate with Route Managers to improve route efficiency and address problem accounts. • Dump containers, clean customer sites, and position containers correctly. • Complete and submit customer tickets and end‑of‑day documentation. • Meet physical demands such as standing, walking, lifting, pushing, pulling, crouching, reaching, and handling.

What You Bring

Applicants must hold a valid Class B CDL (age 21 or older) with at least one year of commercial driving experience or equivalent military driving within the past seven years, be legally eligible to work in the country, and meet age requirements. A high school diploma or GED is preferred. The job entails physical activities such as standing, walking, lifting, pushing, pulling, crouching, reaching, handling, sitting, talking, and hearing, with reasonable accommodations available for individuals with disabilities. • Hold a valid CDL Class B (age 21) with at least 1 year of commercial driving experience. • Possess legal work eligibility; high school diploma or GED preferred.
