What You Bring

The Early Career Sales Engineering (BEST) Program is a six‑month technical sales development experience for recent college graduates. Participants apply engineering knowledge and business acumen to grow market share by strategically selling Johnson Controls’ HVAC products and services to commercial customers. The program blends classroom instruction, field orientation, and on‑the‑job training, covering mechanical equipment, service offerings, customer‑relationship techniques, and leadership skills. Graduates will consult with architects, engineers, and building owners, partner with internal experts, and support a local sales team within a national network. Candidates must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as engineering, construction management, or IT, with graduation expected by December 2025 or June 2026. They should demonstrate strong analytical abilities, quick learning, multi‑project management, and effective communication and teamwork. • Currently pursuing a technical bachelor’s degree, graduating by Dec 2025 or Jun 2026. • Strong analytical, multi‑project management, and communication skills. • Preferred: Electrical or Mechanical Engineering degree; prior sales/engineering experience.
