About the Role

The APAC Learning & Development role reports to the APAC L&D Associate Director and supports the design, implementation and management of learning initiatives that enhance employee skills, performance and career growth. The role aligns individual development with company goals, identifies skill gaps, creates materials, delivers training and evaluates effectiveness, acting as a bridge between HR and strategic business needs across the region. • Communicate the regional L&D strategy and initiatives with HR leaders across Asia. • Embed the L&D strategy into business operations to achieve optimal outcomes. • Develop a cohesive, structured L&D offering across all disciplines and role levels. • Evaluate training effectiveness and ROI using participant feedback and analytics. • Tailor and deploy global L&D initiatives for the Asia region and maintain internal databases. • Design, deliver and assess learning programs that build capability and drive performance. • Create engaging training materials, e‑learning content and blended learning solutions for diverse audiences. • Manage the Learning Management System, analyse learning data and report outcomes. • Support organisational change through targeted learning interventions. • Apply strong analytical, evaluation and digital learning technology expertise. • Manage multiple projects, priorities and timelines while ensuring quality outcomes. • Build strong relationships and influence stakeholders across the business.

What You Bring

• Professional qualification in Training & Assessment, HR or related field (preferred). • Minimum 8 years’ experience, with 3‑5 years in L&D within large, complex organisations. • Deep understanding of Asian cultural nuances and experience in cross‑matrix organisations.
