About the Role
The role focuses on project document distribution to internal teams and external customers, with responsibility for tracking document status and providing inputs to project management and relevant parties. You will profile and upload drawing files, manuals, test reports and calculations into the Document Control System, maintain complete project documentation status, and generate reports. Regular communication with the Project Manager, Document Coordinators, purchase in‑charge and line departments is required for clarifications, suggestions and follow‑up to ensure timely document submission. The position also requires ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines, while living Hitachi Energy’s core values of safety and integrity, taking responsibility for actions and caring for colleagues and the business. • Distribute project documents internally and to customers, tracking status. • Profile, upload and manage drawings, manuals, test reports, and calculations in the Document Control System. • Maintain comprehensive project documentation status and generate reports. • Communicate with project managers, document coordinators, purchase in‑charge and line departments for clarifications and follow‑up. • Ensure compliance with external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

What You Bring
Candidates should hold a bachelor's degree and have 2 to 5 years of experience in documentation management, including contract reading and understanding documentation requirements. Proficiency with Document Management Systems, EDMS, and MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint is essential, along with strong attention to detail, teamwork and excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Hold a bachelor's degree and 2–5 years experience in documentation management. • Understand contracts and documentation requirements; proficient with DMS/EDMS tools and MS Office. • Demonstrate strong attention to detail, teamwork and excellent written and verbal communication.
