About the Role

We are hiring a Zero Harm Business Partner (WHS Advisor) to join our Zero Harm team. Reporting to the Zero Harm Manager, you will provide expert health and safety advice, management system guidance and practical support to leaders and staff across the business unit, helping deliver high‑quality outcomes for essential services. In this role you will act as a trusted advisor on all Zero Harm matters, facilitate a manager‑led Zero Harm leadership culture, and support the delivery and implementation of the Zero Harm Strategy to meet performance objectives. You will collaborate with line‑of‑business leaders, contract managers and employees to ensure compliance with safety policies, procedures and regulatory requirements, and you will lead or assist in timely incident investigations using ICAM or equivalent methods. What You Bring

The ideal candidate has practical experience in workplace health and safety or OHS, holds a relevant diploma or degree, and is trained in ICAM or a similar investigation methodology. You should be skilled in conducting risk assessments, verifying site safety management plans, and performing WHS/OHS or environmental management system audits within the past two years, and bring a strong work ethic, positive attitude and commitment to delivering quality outcomes. • Hold practical WHS/OHS experience and relevant diploma or degree qualifications. • Possess ICAM or equivalent investigation training. • Demonstrate strong work ethic, positive attitude and commitment to high‑quality outcomes.
