About the Role

The role focuses on creating, supporting, and implementing value propositions to generate demand for Canadian‑manufactured assemblies, managing assembly transition projects, and collaborating with U.S. product lines and Canadian engineering to expand the product portfolio. Key duties include developing marketing collateral and social‑media campaigns, leading digital‑marketing projects such as a virtual booth experience, building quotation‑tool analytics, and creating training modules for distributors, consultants, and contractors. Additional tasks involve cost‑optimization through value analysis, preparing test plans and requirement documents for quotation tools, conducting feasibility studies and design reviews for new product launches, and managing day‑to‑day customer activities and large‑scale order coordination to ensure on‑time delivery and satisfaction. • Generate demand for Canadian‑manufactured assemblies via value propositions • Manage assembly transition projects and develop plant project plans • Collaborate with US product lines and Canadian engineering to enhance product portfolio • Create marketing collateral, social‑media campaigns, and virtual booth experiences • Build quotation‑tool analytics and develop training modules for distributors, consultants, and contractors • Conduct cost‑optimization, value analysis, and value engineering for product designs • Prepare test plans, requirement documents, feasibility studies, and design reviews for new product launches • Oversee day‑to‑day customer activity, order expedites, plant load planning, warranty administration, and large‑scale order coordination

Benefits
