About the Role
The Senior Mechatronics & Robotics Technician leads service technicians in installing and repairing automated packaging and distribution equipment, supports the Operations Maintenance Team with complex problem‑solving and project management, and mentors both service and contract technicians. • Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures. • Maintain and troubleshoot conveyor systems and related control components such as relay logic, ladder diagrams, photo‑eyes, motor starters, limit switches, proximity sensors, and solenoids. • Create, assign, and close work orders, tracking labor hours, maintenance activities, and parts used. • Lead and audit preventative maintenance procedures while mentoring junior technicians. • Maintain positive working relationships across the Operations facility.

What You Bring
• Require a high school diploma or equivalent plus 4+ years experience with material handling equipment, preventative maintenance, and reading blueprints/schematics. • Require 3+ years experience with a CMMS and 2+ years with PLC programming; experience leading, training, and mentoring technicians; vendor management skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project for effective document creation and management. • Preferred: Associate's or higher degree in mechanical or electrical field and experience with robotic operation and maintenance. • Physical ability to reach overhead, kneel, squat, climb ladders, lift up to 50 lb, and wear required PPE; flexible schedule availability.
