What You Bring

The Operations Manager Trainee (OMT) program is designed to develop future frontline Operations Managers. Trainees spend most of their time in the field interacting with employees, learning to increase profitability, operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and team leadership. Candidates must be willing to relocate within a designated geographic area after completing the program. Applicants must possess either a bachelor's degree or a high school diploma/GED combined with at least two years of relevant experience. They must be at least 18 years old, legally eligible to work in the United States, and hold a valid driver’s license with a clean record throughout employment. The role involves a mix of office and plant/field settings and may require standard office equipment as well as physical activity. Reasonable accommodations are available for individuals with disabilities. The position may require air travel for business; candidates must possess a REAL ID or an acceptable TSA‑approved alternative. • Gain knowledge of DOT and OSHA safety programs, operational processes, dispatch, routing, and fleet maintenance. • Hold a bachelor's degree or a high school diploma/GED plus two years relevant experience; be at least 18 and legally authorized to work. • Maintain a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
