About the Role
The supervisor will oversee go‑to‑market activities for energy‑management programs, serve as the bridge between product development and market execution, and lead a team of product‑marketing managers. Collaboration with product management, program staff, and marketing teams ensures aligned strategies and consistent product positioning across all channels. The role upholds PSE’s safety compliance standards and promotes a culture of total safety, while conducting business with honesty, ethics, and adherence to the company’s Code of Conduct and regulatory obligations. Key responsibilities include coaching and developing the team, conducting safety audits and training, leading program‑planning initiatives, managing market analysis, product design, budgeting, deployment, and operations of customer energy‑management services. The supervisor also monitors service metrics, prepares regulatory reports, resolves complex customer issues, and coordinates with internal departments and external vendors. • Coach, mentor, and develop a team of product‑marketing managers while ensuring safety compliance and performance accountability. • Conduct safety audits, inspections, and training to promote a culture of total safety. • Lead program‑planning teams to design, budget, deploy, and operate customer energy‑management programs. • Perform market analysis, product design, and monitor service metrics to achieve program goals. • Prepare regular program performance reports for regulatory filings and internal stakeholders. • Handle complex customer intake requests, resolve escalated issues, and collaborate with internal departments and vendors. • Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with program‑delivery vendors. • Advance diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in program design and delivery.

What You Bring
Minimum qualifications are a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, at least five years of experience delivering complex services, technical knowledge of demand‑side management or utility services, strong interpersonal and communication abilities, and proficiency in interpreting data for business decisions. Desired qualifications include prior supervisory experience, contract and vendor management expertise, and a proactive drive for program innovation. • Hold a bachelor's degree in business, communications, project management, or a related field, or equivalent experience. • Possess at least five years of experience delivering complex services with strong business acumen and budget/scope management. • Demonstrate technical knowledge of demand‑side management or utility services, including regulatory and equity considerations. • Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills, including public speaking and presentation experience. • Ability to analyze statistical and operational data to drive effective business decisions. • Prior supervisory experience and expertise in managing contracts and vendors. • Proactive drive to innovate and improve energy‑management programs.
